All FAQsIs there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single personalised item or hundreds. There are no setup fees either.
How long does delivery take?
Orders of under 20 items usually arrive in 3–5 working days. Orders of 20–100 items take 10–15 working days, and we arrange delivery of larger orders with you. Every parcel is tracked.
Is delivery free?
Yes, UK delivery is free on orders over £99.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because they are made just for you, personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty. Tell us within 30 days and we will put it right. Unworn, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days.
What file should I send for my logo?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI), gives the sharpest result. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will check it before printing.
